Claim - $850, AT&T Throttling "Unlimited data" Plans

Claim - $850, against AT&T for Throttling "Unlimited Data" Plans

Claim - $850, against AT&T for Throttling "Unlimited Data" Plans

Case:
- Matt Spaccarelli signs up his iPhone for an unlimited plan with AT&T. Matt is a "high" user and AT&T subsequently decides to reduce his access and speed of service. Matt sues in small claims court and wins $850. His only two options were small claims court or arbitration as AT&T's contract forbids class action or jury trial.

So if you are throttled by any cellular provider (especially AT&T) then Small Claims Court may have a check for you.
