  1. Please help. Have wega sony dlp 50 inch smells like something is burning.

  2. What is the model number and date of purchase of the TV with the issue. Thanks.

  3. HELP!! i have a KDS-70Q006 with an optical block issue. Picture has perminate yello/green tint on all inputs

  4. I have a KDS55A2000 with a green tint over the entire screen. Have completed a hard boot, but no change.

  5. KDS60A2000 purchased in 2006 but has had a green screen since 2011, is there anything that I can do to get Sony to rectify this?

  6. The Sony KDF-70XBR950 recall for lamps and defective optical blocks is fraud. Despite the TV being registered with Sony they never sent out alerts. What kind of recall is it when they do not send out alerts? I contacted them later and they refused to honor the recall. Bunch of arrogant jerks. Do not support Sony!
